1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products marked as sale, clearance, or final sale
- Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, food items)
- Digital products or downloadable content
3. Return Process
To start a refund request:
- Email us at grovego.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- You must ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
