1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products marked as sale, clearance, or final sale
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, food items)
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Return Process

To start a refund request:

  1. Email us at grovego.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. You must ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
